REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Once Upon a Tea, we take great care in ensuring that every product is delivered fresh, safely packaged, and in perfect condition.
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
Damaged or Defective Products
In the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly assist you.
To be eligible:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Please share clear images of the product and packaging as proof
Once verified, we will offer either:
- A replacement, or
- A refund, as deemed appropriate
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment
- No additional charges will be applied for processing refunds
Non-Eligible Cases
We will not be able to process refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
- Products that have been used, opened, or consumed
- Damage caused due to improper handling or storage after delivery
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
Order Cancellation
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
